Shipping Policy

At Dr.Pen Glow, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. All orders are processed and shipped with trusted courier services. We currently ship only within the United States through drpenglow.com.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States only.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, we do not ship to:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Other U.S. territories and remote areas
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes, subject to carrier limitations
If you place an order with a shipping address outside our service area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders pending payment verification, address validation, or fraud screening.

- Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
- Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier's system after dispatch.
- If you haven't received tracking details within 48 hours of your shipment confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@drpenglow.com.
- We recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout, as changes cannot be made after the package is shipped.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Dr.Pen Glow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs. Refunds for non-deliverable orders will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
- Address change requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting support@drpenglow.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed and are not possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
6. Duties & Taxes
- Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local tax laws.
- As we ship only within the United States, no import duties or international customs fees apply.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Dr.Pen Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, and your building's front desk or mailroom.
- Look around your delivery location, including porch, side door, garage, or mailbox.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary.
- For packages damaged in transit, please contact us at support@drpenglow.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.
- Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not qualify for replacement or refund.
8. Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@drpenglow.com so we can investigate the delay with the shipping provider. Please note:
- Delays caused by carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or other factors beyond our control are not eligible for shipping refunds.
- We will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating delayed packages.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable through no fault of Dr.Pen Glow, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, if any, and any return shipping fees incurred.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to refused or undeliverable orders.
10. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process. Please refer to our Refund & Warranty Policy.
- To request a cancellation, contact us at support@drpenglow.com immediately with your order number.
