No problem — you can still verify using the serial number on the underside of the device. If the serial number label is also missing or unreadable, please contact our support team at support@drpenglow.com with your order number and photos of the device. We'll verify your purchase through our order records.

My verification showed "already used" — what does that mean?

Each serial number can only be successfully verified once. If you see an "already used" message and you haven't verified it before, the device may be counterfeit or previously sold as second-hand. Please stop using the device and contact us immediately with photos and your purchase details.

I bought my device from a third-party seller on Amazon — is it real?
