Official Dr. Pen Verification Method
The current Dr. Pen verification page states that products include a security label. The process is to reveal the unique code by scratching the coating and then verify that code on the official Dr. Pen verification page or scan it with a mobile device.

5-Step Authenticity Check
- Keep the box and order confirmation. Do not discard packaging before the check is complete.
- Locate the security label. Check the product packaging for the anti-counterfeit label, QR code or authentication information.
- Reveal the unique code. If the label instructs you to scratch the covered area, do so carefully so the full code is readable.
- Use the official verification destination. Enter the code on the current Dr. Pen verification page or follow the QR destination printed on genuine packaging. Avoid entering a security code into an unrelated website found through an advertisement or search result.

Review the result before discarding packaging. If the result is invalid, inconsistent with the product or otherwise suspicious, keep the product, packaging and purchase record together and contact the seller.
What If the Label Is Missing or Already Scratched?
Do not assume authenticity from appearance alone. If a new product arrives with a missing, damaged or previously exposed security label, photograph the box, label area, product and order information and contact the retailer before relying on the item.

Bio Pen and Hydra Pen Products
Packaging and verification workflows can differ by product family or market. For Bio Pen or Hydra Pen products, follow the anti-counterfeit instructions printed on the exact product packaging. Do not assume that every product family must use the same portal if the genuine packaging directs you elsewhere.

Verification Does Not Replace Compatibility Checking
