The HN30 features needles with a fixed length of 0.6 mm, which is designed to reach the upper dermis — deep enough to enhance product absorption significantly without causing excessive trauma. Because it is a stamp-style device, depth is not adjustable; however, the pressure you apply naturally influences how much the skin compresses during stamping. For first-time users or sensitive skin, a lighter touch is recommended.

The HN30 is compatible with water-based serums and essences, including hyaluronic acid, peptide serums, growth factors, and vitamin C formulations. You should avoid oil-based products, thick creams, retinoids, or exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs), as these can clog the needle channels or cause irritation in open micro-channels. The HN30 chamber holds approximately 2–3 ml of serum, which is typically enough for one full-face treatment.
